When you decide to work with us you we will enter into what we refer to as an, “Easy Exit Listing”. This means that at any  point in the relationship if your plans change, you decide not to sell, or are unsatisfied with our work, you can simply request  that we turn the listing off and you can walk away without owing us a dime. We take the risk and the fear out of listing  you’re home with a real estate agent.

When you list your home through The Chad Smith Team’s Listing Agreement, you can:

1.Cancel your listing anytime;

2.Relax, knowing you won’t be locked into a lengthy contract;

3.Enjoy the caliber of service confident enough to make this offer.

We have strong opinions about real estate service. We believe that if you are not happy with the service you receive, you  should have the power to fire your agent. It takes a strong belief in the quality of one’s service to make this kind of stand  and The Chad Smith Team never settles for less than the highest professional standards. From our agents and affiliates, we  are confident that you will be happy with our service and results.

Below is a snapshot of our “Special Provision” written in our agreement to protect your peace of mind and let you know  we are here to serve your best interests.

 

Special Provisions: 1) Seller may terminate this agreement at any time with 48 hrs prior written notice by email to thechadsmithteam@gmail.com.  2.) Seller gives permission to the agent to hold the property off the market until staging, photography, and videography are complete.
